The EXPENDABLES 2: a review



This is an American iconic action film which is the sequel of  the 2010 movie , The Expendables, one of the greatest all-star cast production directed by Simon West and co-written by Silvester Stallone himself which is also the main character together with powerful action stars like Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Chuck Norris, Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Liam Hemsworth, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger.



The Expendables is a mercenary group who seek revenge against Jean Vilain (Van Damme) a rival mercenary who murders Billy The Kid, which is the group's youngest and newest member. Billy is a skilled sniper came from the army in Afghanistan which eventually joined their group but wishes to go out as he will be settling down with his French girlfriend. But on their last mission Billy got killed by Jean then Barney and the rest of the group avenge him together with their mission to stop Jean in taking over the mines of Plutonium.

From start to finish the action never stops, and never ran out of ammo. What i love about the movie is the hilarious humor between the guys especially Chuck Norris. A punch line from the movie: " Stallone: I heard you were bitten by a cobra.. Norris: Yeah.. After 5 agonizing days... The cobra died!" You have to see it for yourself so you would know how i felt and why i extremely enjoyed the movie. You will laugh your heart out, a real awesome action-comedy film ever filled with your favorite oldies but still goodies Hollywood action stars!

I give 4 STARS to this, never miss to watch this!!!

PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: ON STRANGER TIDES, a review

This is the fourth installment of The Pirates of the Caribbean movie series. As usual, Johnny played his humorous clever type of a pirate who loves adventures and mysteries. In this film, Jack Sparrow was joined by Angelica (Penelope Cruz) who was his imposter in search for the Fountain of Youth. Angelica is Jack's former lover who happens to be the daughter of the ruthless pirate Blackbeard. This man posseses several magical powers, including the ability to shrink other ships down to miniature size and contain them within bottles. Blackbeard forces Jack to join his crew and lead them to the Fountain to circumvent a prophecy that a one-legged man will soon kill Blackbeard. Meanwhile, Gibbs, who memorized, then destroyed Sparrow's map, joins Barbossa's crew in order to beat Blackbeard and the Spanish to the Fountain. When i was a little child, my mother used to sell a lot of different items to our relatives, neighbours and even to my father’s employees. Even my father used to try different businesses at home, making us work there during weekends. We were raised by business minded parents, for which we thought at that time, was just their hobby.
